Update your Login Credentials

If you want to update your:

  • Logon Profile
  • Password

Go to the Logon Management page.

Manage Documents

Use the My Documents button to access your list of documents. The documents in your list are the ones uploaded by you career planner for you, or that you might have uploaded through JCW. You can also upload additional documents on the My Documents page.

  • Do NOT upload documentation for Unemployment Insurance in this portal.
  • Documentation uploaded in JCW is NOT shared with Unemployment Insurance.
  • Please see the UI website for assistance (https://dwd.wisconsin.gov/ui/).
